For nearly 20 years there has been one man who has been sitting on his throne as boxing's pound for pound king, sorry Roy Jones Jr "we all forgot" (lol) just kidding. Some people call him cocky, loud, and over-confident but there are a few things you can't call this man, and that's broke and a loser. I am talking about Floyd Mayweather Jr. He has notable victories over Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto, Emanuel Augustus, Jose Luis Castillio, and the list goes on and on. He has won titles in 5 weight classes and is the current WBA&WBC welterweight champion. For 20 years, no one has ever been able to give Mayweather his first loss, even in his fight with Mosely where he got popped worse than Ricky in Boyz N The Hood, Mayweather prevailed. Even in his fight with Marcos Maidana where Mayweather was getting pummeled, Mayweather found a way pull out a win. It's time for Boxing fans in all over the world to admit it; he is a damn good boxer. On May 2nd, 2015 Mayweather stepped in the ring with the second best fighter in the world Manny Pacquiao, and after 12 rounds of a snooze fest Mayweather won while I spent my hard earned 20 bucks to see a fight in some damn club in Oklahoma City, but hey ! Where there are women, I am there. But as with anything in life all things must come to an end. On Sept 12, 2015, Floyd Mayweather put his titles and unbeaten Record on the line against Andre Berto, and if you do not know who Andre Berto is just done like the rest of fight fans and google him. Many people are saying this is the most bullshit fight in Mayweather's career, but hey when your name is Floyd Mayweather, and you work for no one you can fight the pope and no give two shits about it. Mayweather has set the tone not just in boxing but in all of the sports because now you have guys getting bigger contracts; the jury is still out on Draymond Green getting paid that much damn money. He has also made it to where boxers can control their careers and not put their careers in the hands of these promoters, sounds like the Muhammed Ali Act (moving right along) But when its all said and done Mayweather will go down as one of all time greats and one of the most successful fighters ever to put on a pair of gloves. Cheers to the man that have had millions and millions of people from all over tune in his fights cheers to the man who took the term "defense win championships" to the next level. Salute to the legend Mr. Floyd "Money" Mayweather
